How To Set Up Workflows In Hubspot Based Off Cartfuel Purchases

With our HubSpot integration you will be able to set up workflows based off Cartfuel purchases. As soon as someone purchases your product. In this short tutorial we will explain how it's done.

Step 1: Create A Workflow Inside HubSpot

1. Go to your HubSpot account

2. Click the “Workflow” button located at the top-left of the HubSpot website

3. Click the “Create workflow” button located at the top-right of the HubSpot website

Step 2: Setup Your Workflow Inside HubSpot

Note: In this example, we are going to create a workflow that filters purchases by value. Remember you can customize your own workflow that better suit your business.

1. Select the “Contact-based” option inside the “Start from scratch” section

2. Click the “Next” button located at the top-right of the HubSpot website 

3. Click the “Set enrollment triggers” and a menu will appear at the right of the HubSpot website listing all the Enrollment triggers

4. Select the “Cartfuel: Product Purchased”

5. Select the “Product Name” option

6. Select the “Contains any of” and an input text bar will appear under the selected option

7. Write the value you want to use, in this case, we are going to use the value “White” as an example 

8. Click the “Apply Filter” button

9. Click the “Save” button


10. Add a new action by clicking the plus (+) button below the trigger and a menu will appear at the right of the HubSpot website listing all the actions you can take for that trigger

11. Select the action you want to use, in this case, we are going to use the action “Add to static list” listed above the List management section as an example

12. Choose the static list you want to use from the dropdown

13. Click the “Save” button


14. Add a new action by clicking the plus (+) button below the action and a menu will appear at the right of the HubSpot website listing all actions you can take for that trigger

15. Select the action you want to use, in this case, we are going to use the action “Send email” listed above the External Communications section as an example 

16. Select the “Cartfuel - Payment Confirmation” option

17. Click the “Save” button
