How To Filter Cartfuel Sales Data Using Zapier

In this article, you will learn how you can add filtering to your Cartfuel orders using ZapierIn order to use this feature you will need to have a Zapier account connected to your Cartfuel Account, and have previously read this article: How To Send Cartfuel Sales Data To Google Sheets 

Step 1: Open The Created Assets On the Previous Article Called "How To Send Cartfuel Sales Data To Google Sheets"

1. Go to Google Sheets

2. Open the spreadsheet that was created on the article "How To Send Cartfuel Sales Data To Google Sheets" 

3. Go to Zapier

4. Open the  Zap that was created on the article "How To Send Cartfuel Sales Data To Google Sheets"

Step 2: Edit Your Previously Created Zap

Note: For this test, we are only going to use the product we already have inside the Spreadsheet that is called "Shirt". You can replace it with the name of your product that is currently inside your custom spreadsheet.

1. Go to the previously created Zap

2. Click the "+" button below the section called "1. Payment Event Occurred in Cartfuel" and a new row will be added to the Zap

3. Search in App Event, an event called "Filter by Zapier" 

4. Select "Filter by Zapier" and a new section will appear called "Only continue If"

5. From the Input dropdown "Choose Field" select "Description"

6. From the Input dropdown "Choose Condition" select "Text (Contains)"

7. From the Input dropdown "Enter or select value" select "Shirt"

8. Choose the option "and" to add other product to the list and a new row will appear

Note: If you have multiple products you can choose the option "or", but for this example, we are going to use the option "and"

9. From the Input dropdown "Choose Field" select "Description"

10. From the Input dropdown "Choose Condition" select "Text (Contains)"

11. From the Input dropdown "Enter or select value" select "Shirt"

12. Click continue

Step 3: Test Your New Zap

1. Scroll down to the section called "3. Numbers" and click the row called "Test Action"

2. Click the button "Retest & Review"

3. Scroll down to the section called "4. Create Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets" and click the row called "Test Action"

4. Click the button "Retest Action"

5. Open the previously created Spreadsheet inside Google Sheets

6. A new row will be added inside Spreadsheet (This means that your Zap is correctly configured)

Note: You can also send orders to Shopify, Ship Station, Tax Jar, or any integrations that we connect with.
